RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly return or exchange any item that is unworn with tags attached and the receipt within seven days of delivery of your item. All sale, jewelry, intimate and beauty items are final sale.  No returns or exchanges will be granted after seven days.

 

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $250 (excluding taxes). Usual shipping time is 1-7 business days.

All orders under $250 are $15 for standard shipping. Usual shipping time is 1-7 business days. Express shipping (where available) on all orders is $20. Usual shipping time is ­­­­­1-3 business days.

All shipments are sent via Canada Post.

For orders shipped to a PO Box address, rural postal codes and remote locations we can ship only using standard shipping. Please allow additional time for these orders.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. Please note that during holidays and non business days additional processing time may be required.

We can only ship to one address per order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we cannot re route once shipped.

Please note if your order is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Two Fifty Two Boutique is not responsible for any lost parcels.

 

 

CUSTOMS

We do not take responsibility for duties, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1.  Log into “My Account.”
  2. Go to your Account Dashboard, click My Orders (on left hand side), click View on item you would like to return.
  3. Click Return Item(s).
  4. Add quantity to return.
  5. Click Return Reason, select your reason for return.
  6. Click Return Action, select Refund.
  7. Add comment explaining reason for return.
  8. Press Send.
  9. Your request will be sent to Two Fifty Two Boutique and we will contact you with further instructions.
